Does Novend work offline?

Yes. After setup and activation, core selling and local operations continue on the device without internet. Sign-in, billing, and some account actions need connectivity. When you reconnect, pending work synchronizes automatically.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. Your products, customers, branches, and sales remain intact during upgrades.

Can I import my existing inventory?

Yes. Administrators and managers can import products from CSV or Excel. Download a template, map your columns, preview creates and updates, then import. Opening stock applies to new products only, and your plan’s product limit still applies.

Can I export reports and product lists?

Yes. Reports and catalogs download as CSV on every plan. Excel and PDF exports are included on Pro and above, and you can still print from the same views.

Does Novend support barcode scanners and receipt printers?

Yes. Camera scanning, hardware barcode scanners, and thermal receipt printing are supported.

Does Novend work on phones and tablets?

Yes. Download the Android app from the Download page. On iPhone and iPad, open Novend in Safari and add it to your Home Screen as a PWA. Use the desktop app on the counter when you need printers and barcode hardware.
